Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:

Produce detailed design drawings, specifications, and construction documentation

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery

Ensure all work complies with UK building regulations and technical standards

Manage and contribute to BIM models for accurate project coordination and delivery

Keep up to date with advancements in construction technologies and sustainable practices

Requirements for this Architectural Technologist role:

Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology (or related field)

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows

Strong understanding of UK building regulations and technical standards

Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
