Project Manager

The role & about the client:
We are recruiting an Experience Project Manager on behalf of our client. 

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Develop detailed project plans, timelines and schedules 
Coordinate meetings with clients, subcontractors and team members 
Ensure projects are delivered within budget
Oversee day to day operations with the site 
Ensure timely delivery of materials and resources
Monitor work quality to ensure it meets building codes, plans and client standards
Conduct regular inspections and resolve any issues that arise
Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe work environment 
Conduct and oversee safety meetings with the team
Serve as main point of contact for homeowners
Provide regular project updates
Track milestones and produce close out documentation  The ideal candidate will have/be:

Relevant tickets and qualifications 
Relevant residential background 
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials 
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, site plans and construction documents 
Skilled in Project Management software and programs
