Job Title: Site Manager – Residential Apartments

Rate: £250 – £300 per day (Freelance)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a high-profile residential development in the heart of Cheltenham. The project involves the delivery of 70+ high-specification 1 and 2-bedroom apartments, blending contemporary design with top-quality construction standards.

We are seeking a driven and hands-on Site Manager with a strong background in apartment schemes or multi-unit residential builds. The ideal candidate will be confident in leading site operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring health and safety compliance across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day management of site operations

Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics

Ensuring high standards of quality and health & safety

*

Maintaining project timelines and reporting progress

Liaising with project and commercial teams to ensure smooth delivery

Requirements:

Proven experience managing residential apartment schemes

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified

*

Strong communication and leadership skills

*

Ability to manage tight deadlines and complex site logistics

*

Freelance availability with own limited company or umbrella setup
