As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Bid Writer to work closely with the Proposals Manager, playing a pivotal role in winning work and shaping the company’s future success.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the writing, coordination, and delivery of high-quality submission documents including EOIs, PQQs, ITTs, and presentations.
• Take ownership of the bid writing process from start to finish, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance.
• Produce compelling, concise, and accurate content that showcases the company’s capabilities, added value, and understanding of client needs.
• Work to strict deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical input and tailor responses.
• Develop and maintain a library of high-scoring answers, case studies, and project examples.
• Lead and contribute to review processes, offering constructive feedback to enhance quality.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the bid function.
• Mentor and support junior colleagues within the team.
• Engage with colleagues across Pre-Construction, Commercial, and Delivery teams to ensure content is both accurate and relevant.

Experience & Knowledge
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Bid Writer role, ideally within the construction or built environment sector.
• Track record of writing successful bids for public sector frameworks and contracts.
• Experience in developing and maintaining a content library and knowledge management system.
• APMP membership or working towards certification (desirable, not essential).
