Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 + car allowance 

Start Date: September 2025

Company Overview:

Our client is an established main contractor with a strong portfolio of refurbishment and new build projects across the public sector. With a growing pipeline of work secured for the autumn, they are now looking to add an experienced Site Manager to their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring health & safety, quality, and programme compliance

Manage subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to specification and schedule

Liaise with clients, local authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Maintain site records, reporting progress to senior management

Lead refurbishment and new build projects in sectors including healthcare, education, and local authority

Key Requirements:

Proven experience managing refurbishment projects (public sector focus: healthcare, schools, universities, council work)

Exposure to new build is beneficial but not essential

Strong organisational and communication skills

Trade background beneficial but not essential

Qualifications:

CSCS (required)

SMSTS (required)

First Aid at Work (required)

Asbestos Awareness (desirable)
