They’re seeking an ambitious QS to provide commercial leadership and drive project success across London and the South East.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage commercial aspects of varied construction projects

Pre and Post Contract duties

Liaise with clients and resolve challenges proactively

Oversee subcontractor and contract management

Handle reporting, budgeting, and financial tracking

Work closely with clients and build long term relationships

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a regional Main Contractor

construction

Strong communication and analytical skills

Able to work independently and within a wider project team

Commercially astute with a proactive mindset
