We are looking for a highly skilled Procurement Manager to lead and optimise our clients procurement function, ensuring the efficient sourcing of specialised materials, products, and services for high-end interior fit-out projects. This is a senior leadership role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the procurement process, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices.

* Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, identifying and pre-qualifying new suppliers to meet project needs.

* Negotiate contracts, terms, and delivery schedules to achieve the best value without compromising quality.

* Monitor market trends, pricing, and product innovations to inform purchasing strategies.

* Implement vendor performance metrics and intervene where necessary to maintain high standards.

* Ensure accurate record-keeping, timely procurement, and seamless coordination with internal teams.

* Manage procurement budgets, track inventory, and allocate costs accurately to specific projects.

Our Ideal Candidate:

* 10–15 years’ experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.

* Proven background in fit-out contracting, construction, or related industries.

* Strong negotiation, networking, and vendor management skills.

* Solid understanding of tender processes, sourcing strategies, and market dynamics.

* Proficient in procurement software (ERP/MRP) and advanced Excel skills.

* Positive, assertive communicator with sound business judgement
