Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career? We're hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor – Procurement to support strategic commercial and supply chain activity in a newly established procurement function within a major residential construction group.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead procurement process improvements and support strategic initiatives

Develop and implement category plans for key sub-contract packages

Build and manage relationships with key supply chain partners

Drive documentation standardisation, including BoQ templates

Conduct tender analysis, benchmarking, and senior-level negotiations

Monitor and report on construction inflation and industry trends

Collaborate with cost, technical, and project management teams

Promote sustainable procurement practices across the business

Support the development of a digital procurement strategy

What We're Looking For:

7-10+ years' post-grad experience in PQS or a contractor environment

Strong residential or house-building background preferred

Proficiency in procurement software such as Cubit, CostX, or similar

Deep knowledge of modern construction methods and supply chains

Excellent analytical, reporting, and negotiation skills

Process-driven and detail-focused with a strategic mindset

Strong communication and project coordination abilities

A proactive team player eager to innovate and improve systems
