About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team and support a growing portfolio of social housing refurbishment projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of important housing works, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all commercial aspects of refurbishment projects within the social housing sector.

Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.

Oversee tendering and procurement processes.

*

Manage valuations, variations, and final accounts.

*

Work closely with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.

*

Provide commercial guidance to ensure value for money and compliance with contractual obligations.

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within social housing refurbishment projects.

*

Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and commercial management.

*

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

*

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

*

Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction (HNC, degree, or equivalent).
