About the Role
The group is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support its subsidiary brands. This person will bring commercial insight and cost control expertise across projects, ranging from boutique fit-outs to large-scale commercial construction and refurbishment.
Key responsibilities include:

Preparing cost estimates, tenders, and commercial reports

Managing valuations, variation analysis, and project cost forecasting
*
Driving value engineering and cost-saving initiatives
*
Collaborating with design, procurement, project management, and executive teams
*
Ensuring financial accuracy and commercial governance across the project portfolio

Requirements
*
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor (or Senior QS) within commercial construction, fit-out or refurbishment
*
Strong skills in cost management, procurement, contractual frameworks, and value engineering
*
Excellent commercial reporting, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
*
Confidence working in hybrid settings with effective remote collaboration skills
*
