An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a globally recognised construction consultancy in their London office. Working within a specialist Healthcare team, this is your chance to play a key role on some of the UK's most significant healthcare developments – across both public and private sector organisations.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be part of a high-performing team delivering full cost management services on major healthcare fit-out and development schemes. With projects typically ranging from £20m to £150m+, you'll be involved from pre-contract to completion – working directly with clients, design teams, and contractors.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take ownership of key packages, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the continued growth of the healthcare team. This is an ideal opportunity for a driven QS ready to step up and make a real impact.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

A RICS Accredited Degree Qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
MRICS ideally or currently working towards and in need of more support
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
Strong Pre and Post Contract experience
The desire for fast track progression with extensive support with developmentIn Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

£65,000 – £75,000
