Ridgeway & Co are working with a leading Principle Contractor, currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their Cambridgeshire division. The role involves managing high-value life sciences and commercial projects, typically £150m+, from inception through to completion. This is a high-profile position for an experienced professional with a proven track record in delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of large-scale construction projects.

Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery.

Manage subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams effectively.

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements:

Extensive experience with Tier 1 main contractors.

Proven track record managing projects £150m+.
