The Role
As the Business Development Manager, you’ll:

– Generate leads and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities.
– Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy.
– Support bid teams with customer insights and win themes.
– Champion our CRM system (Salesforce) to drive data-led decisions.

You
To be successful in the role of Business Development Manager, you’ll bring:

– Strong understanding of maintenance processes and FM contract landscapes.
– Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
