Senior Site Manager

Are you an experienced Senior Site Manager ready for your next challenge? We’re recruiting on behalf of a reputable residential client with a site based in Hythe. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, proactive professional to lead a high-quality residential project.

What you’ll do:

Manage all aspects of the site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to budget

*

Lead and motivate subcontractors and site teams to maintain high standards

*

Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and suppliers to drive project success

*

Oversee quality control, health & safety, and environmental compliance on site

*

Monitor progress and prepare reports for senior management

What you’ll need:

*

Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager in residential construction

*

Strong leadership and communication skills

*

Solid understanding of construction methods, health & safety regulations, and contract management

*

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

*

CSCS and SMSTS qualifications essential
