Site Manager/Foreman

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager / Foreman (Civils) with a proven track
record in delivering high-quality civil engineering works.

Key Responsibililities

* Oversee day-to-day site operationsons for civil engineering works, ensuring adherence to project plans, specificasions, and safety requirements.

* Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.

* Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance

* Monitor work progress against the programme and report on milestones, risks,and issues.

* Ensure quality control procedures are implemented and maintained throughout the project.

* Liaise with project management, engineering, and client to resolve site issues.

* Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries, inspection reports, and HSE documentation.

* Oversee material ordering, delivery, and resource alocation to meet project demands.

* Support intros and training for site personnel

Key Requirements

* Proven experience as a Site Manager or Foreman within civil engineering projects.

* Strong understanding of civil engineering construction methods, materials, and safety practices.

* SMSTS or SSSTS

* CSCS card (Manager/Supervisor level).

* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
