Project Manager – Shoreditch, London

Our client is a successful M+E contractor delivering design & installation projects across the UK. They specialise in all types of commercial buildings with a particular focus on hotel projects.

They are now looking to appoint an ambitious Project Manager to join their growing team. This is a site-level management role offering excellent career development and the opportunity to take ownership of major projects from estimate through to completion.

The Role:

As a Mechanical HVAC Project Manager, you will:

* Lead and manage projects on-site, particularly within the hotel sector

* Liaise with HVAC trade contractors, electrical contractors, and main contractors to ensure smooth project delivery

* Take projects from pre-construction and estimation through to handover and completion

* Oversee quality, cost, and programme to deliver results to the highest standard

* Be customer-facing and represent our client as the key point of contact on site

About You:

We’re seeking someone who is:

* Ambitious, professional, and confident

* Customer-oriented with a strong focus on quality and delivery

* Experienced in all aspects of HVAC services including air conditioning, ventilation, heating, pipework, sanitary and drainage

* Knowledgeable in project management, cost management, procurement, and contract negotiations

* Able to multi-task across projects at varying stages

Desired Skills:

* HND (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services

* Experience managing large-scale hotel or commercial projects

* Estimating and budgeting capability

* Strong site-level management experience
