Footprint Recruitment is working on behalf of a key client to source an experienced Site Manager for a refurbishment project based in Sheffield. This is a 34-week contract, and we are ideally looking for a locally based candidate.

The successful applicant must hold valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications.

Scope of Works:

* Demolition and soft strip

* Structural alterations

* Steel columns and beams

* Foundations

* Drainage repairs

* Stone and block work

* Metal decking

* Upper floor concreting

Responsibilities:

* Site management and coordination of daily activities

* Programme and design management

* Contract administration

* Health & Safety compliance

* Managing in-house labour and subcontractors

* Ensuring quality control and timely project delivery
