Multi Trader

Looking to recruit a Multi Trader to join a leading Property Services Company around Stratford and surrounding areas

Responsibilities:

Carry out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties in service area
Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include carpentry/joinery, plumbing, tiling, external fencing etc within a social housing setting
Work efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experienceRequirements:

Full UK driving licence as company van will be provided
NVQ 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade eg, Carpentry or Plumbing
Strong Health and Safety knowledge
