Manage residential projects through the planning, tender and site stages
Produce building regulation packages
Prepare and submit planning applications
Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance is achievedSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

Degree within Architectural Technology
Relevant post qualification experience within a UK practice
Proficient with AutoCAD
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
Job running experience advantageous
Working towards CIAT membership
Experience working across RIBA stages 2-5
Residential sector experience is essential
