The Role

We are recruiting Assistant Site Managers and Site Managers to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals from a construction trade background who want to build a stable and rewarding career with a contractor known for looking after their people.

Key Responsibilities

Leading day-to-day site operations, supervising teams, and liaising with clients.

Coordinating subcontractors, ensuring projects run on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

Driving quality and safety on site, with completion of paperwork, Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and toolbox talks.

Upholding contract KPIs while maintaining strong working relationships with clients and operatives.

Requirements

Valid SMSTS or SSSTS certificate

First Aid certification

Valid CSCS card

Full UK Driving Licence

Construction trade background

A track record of reliability and commitment in previous roles
