Quantity Surveyor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven Quantity Surveyor to join a vibrant, multidisciplinary Construction & Property Consultancy based in the heart of Nottingham.
This growing, national firm is looking to expand its dynamic Nottingham team by adding a Quantity Surveyor who is eager to work across a wide variety of high-profile projects and develop their career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a close-knit team known for delivering award-winning projects across multiple sectors, including Healthcare, Education, Residential, Commercial, Retail and Blue Light.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where the Quantity Surveyor will gain hands-on experience in both pre and post contract services, benefit from flexible working, and receive full support towards achieving MRICS status.
With a 100% APC pass rate and a proven internal training programme, this is the ideal opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who is working towards chartership or recently chartered and seeking long-term progression in a sociable and professional setting.
The Quantity Surveyor – Requirements
The incoming Quantity Surveyor will have:
A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy is a MUST
Pre and Post contract experience
MRICS or currently working towards
Able to commute to Nottingham 3x days a weekIn Return?
