This MEP Quantity Surveyor role offers a rare opportunity to join a young, dynamic practice at an early stage, with real influence over how the MEP offering grows. Recently won projects:

£2m residential refurbishment
£600m office new build
£70m office refurbishment

£50m high end residential & office refurbishment
With more exciting projects in the pipelineThis is a standout opportunity for a MEP Quantity Surveyor who is either ready to step into a new and exciting role. Long-term, there is potential for equity or leadership involvement as the practice grows (targeting 20-30 staff, with a specialist MEP team of 5+).

The MEP Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

Minimum 3+ years MEP Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
Strong technical Pre-Contract MEP knowledge
Comfortable producing cost plans, challenging subcontractor returns and interpreting complex services designs
Experience with commercial office refurbishments preferred
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar, ideally MRICS or working towardsWhat's on Offer?
