Support from a collaborative team but the autonomy to manage your own workload The ideal candidate will have:

MRICS qualified with RICS Registered Valuer status
Strong Red Book valuation experience for secured lending
Confident in report writing, analysis, and client communication
Commercially aware with solid knowledge of the Midlands property market
Full UK driving licence The role:
You’ll be responsible for carrying out site inspections, reviewing occupational leases, analysing data, and producing high-quality Red Book valuation reports. This is a role where attention to detail and local market insight make the difference.
