We’re Hiring – Special Works Site Manager | Oxfordshire 🚧

Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: £45,000 to £60,000 + Package (DOE)

I’m partnered with a market-leading Oxfordshire-based main contractor who is looking for a talented Special Works Site Manager to join their dedicated division.

This is a unique opportunity to oversee a portfolio of smaller-scale yet high-impact projects predominantly within the universities and colleges of Oxfordshire, typically valued between £10,000 and £250,000, with responsibility for managing 3–6 live sites at any one time.

In this niche role, you’ll be involved from initial pricing right through to handover, playing a key part in the full project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will:

✅ Have proven experience running multiple sites simultaneously.
✅ Possess strong knowledge of the commercial aspects of construction projects.
✅ Be confident in securing and managing subcontracts.
✅ Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
