Site Manager (Industrial)

Ridgeway & Co are recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to oversee the delivery of an industrial project in Sawbridgeworth. This freelance position offers the opportunity to work with a leading contractor, ensuring the successful management of site operations from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site activities and manage subcontractors.

Ensure works are carried out in line with programme, quality standards, and H&S regulations.

*

Coordinate with the project team to drive progress and resolve issues.

*

Lead site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers.

*

Manage site logistics, risk assessments, and method statements.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on industrial or large-scale commercial projects.

*

Strong knowledge of construction processes, health & safety, and site management.

*

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

*

Ability to drive programme delivery and maintain high standards of quality.

*

Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications
