Description
Being the primary contact for clients and occupiers
Taking responsibility for delivery of both clients and occupiers objectives
Liaising with occupiers on a day to day basis and responding to any queries
Organising repairs and maintenance
Having responsibility for all H&S and compliance
Arranging for EICR's, EPC's, PAT testing
Registering Rent deposits
Arranging for return of rent deposits
Arranging for and managing reference checks
Liaison with Letting agentsProfile
Understanding client's aims and providing tailored, strategic advice
Maintaining and developing relationships with clients
Adapting and delivering for a range of types of clients
Demonstrating good local and national market knowledge
Reviewing outputs for both clients and occupiers to ensure they are both accurate and relevant and identifies areas for improvement
Starting to develop network of contacts to provide advice to clients outside of our scope of workJob Offer
A competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £44000 per annum.
Fixed-term contract with potential opportunities for extension.
