M&E Clerk of Works

We are seeking an experienced Clerk of Works with a Mechanical & Electrical background to take on a pivotal role in a growing team. This is more than a traditional Clerk of Works position — we’re looking for someone who can combine technical excellence with leadership and business development skills.

The Role

Act as a trusted Clerk of Works (M&E) across a variety of high-profile projects.

Provide quality assurance, compliance oversight, and technical inspections.

*

Play a key role in building and leading a long-term team, shaping its culture and future direction.

*

Support with business development — helping to grow client relationships and secure repeat work.

*

Work closely with project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.

About You

Strong Mechanical & Electrical Clerk of Works background.

*

Excellent knowledge of building services, compliance, and quality standards.

*

Leadership skills — able to inspire, mentor, and develop others.

*

Commercially aware with an interest in business growth.

*

Strong communicator, confident client-facing experience.
