Resident Liaison Officer
e’re looking for an experienced and proactive Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join our team on a new Retrofit SHF (Social Housing Fund) Framework contract.
The Responsibilities of the Resident Liaison Officer will Include:

Acting as the main point of contact for residents throughout all stages of the works
*
Ensuring residents are well-informed and prepared for upcoming works
*
Handling queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and empathetic manner
*
Supporting the smooth scheduling of access and works to minimise disruption
*
Liaising closely with site teams, subcontractors, and the client to deliver a positive resident experience
*
Maintaining accurate records of all resident interactions and access arrangements
The ideal Resident Liaison Officer will possess:
*
Previous experience as an RLO or similar customer-facing role in SHF retrofit programmes
*
Knowledge of social housing and retrofit works, especially around insulation and energy efficiency upgrades
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – empathetic, clear, and confident
*
A proactive approach and ability to problem-solve quickly and diplomatically
*
Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
*
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across sites if required
