We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a Multiskilled Engineer based in Central London.

Day to Day for Multiskilled Engineer:

Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across domestic properties

Servicing, diagnosing and repairing HVAC and water systems

Emergency lighting testing and remedials

PAT testing and water sampling duties

General plumbing and water treatment works

Good customer service, meeting and greeting tenants

Using a PDA for job management

The ideal candidate for this position would have experience as a Multiskilled Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Building Services Engineer, HVAC Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or M&E Engineer, ideally with experience working in social housing, housing associations, domestic properties, council properties, or MOD (Ministry of Defence).
