We are representing a contractor working with a housing association in the Dorset area, looking for an experienced Multi Trade on Voids.

What You'll Be Doing as a multi trade:

Multi-trade repairs: kitchens, bathrooms, doors, windows, general handyman duties
Turning void properties into liveable homes-switching to reactive repairs when needed
Managing job tickets via handheld devices, staying connected through our real-time system
Ensuring top-notch service in tenant homes-professional, respectful, proactive
Supporting out-of-hours needs on a rotating on-call basis
About you:
I'd particularly like to hear from Multi Trade who have:

Multi-trade background-plumbing qualification is a bonus
Self-reliant and organized-able to manage your own schedule and workload effectively
Strong customer service-sensitive when working in occupied homes
Integrity and professionalism in practice and appearance
Full UK driving licence and willingness to undergo a DBS check
