About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Services Manager to lead a skilled in-house team through all phases of project delivery. You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless integration from tender to completion—overseeing technical design, coordination of pre-construction activities, and site delivery workflows. You will leverage your leadership to drive efficiency and uphold the firm’s high standards of precision, innovation, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience in a technical or managerial role within interior fit-out, joinery, or related manufacturing industries.

Demonstrable leadership of technical design and pre-construction teams, ensuring high quality from tender stage through to site delivery.

Strong familiarity with modern manufacturing environments—ideally one with CNC machinery, veneering, metalworking, spray finishing, and comprehensive quality control.

Exceptional organisational and communication skills, capable of coordinating across operations, production, and client-facing functions.
