Site Manager

We are currently hiring a site manager for a project in Taunton.

This is a Victorian building that has been closed for over a year for refurbishment.

Responsbilities:

* Site security weekdays 8-4, locking and unlocking the building

* H&S of site – (monthly external H&S audit performed – all paperwork/permits need to be maintained)

* Oversee relocation of site office

* Sign in/supervise client/architect visits

* Weekly legionella check throughout building

* Take any deliveries

Requirements:

* CSCS Card

* First Aid

* 3+ Years Experience

* PPE

* No criminal convictions.

* UK Right to Work Documents / Passport.

Pay:

* Weekly Pay.

* Pay £300 a day
