HR Manager
This position will be based primarily in Bristol with the option of hybrid working. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working closely with operational teams and is confident managing all aspects of HR.
In return, the HR Manager will receive:
• Salary between £37,000 – £42,000 per year

As the HR Manager, you will be:
• Leading on employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances and performance management
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new staff
• Advising managers and staff on company policies, procedures and best practice
• Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal processes
• Supporting organisational change and employee engagement initiatives
• Acting as a key point of contact for HR queries across the business
