Your new company:

A respected construction and fit-out contractor operating across London, known for delivering technically complex and design-led projects. With a strong internal design capability and a collaborative ethos, they manage a wide range of works including structural refurbishments, interior fit-outs, and specialist installations.
Your new role:

You'll be joining as a Senior Estimator, where your focus will be on producing accurate and competitive cost estimates for upcoming projects. You'll work closely with internal teams to assess project scope, liaise with suppliers and subcontractors, and contribute to commercial strategy and cost planning from early stages through to delivery.
What you'll need to succeed:

Demonstrable experience in estimating across multiple construction packages
Strong commercial acumen and supplier negotiation skills
Ability to work effectively with design and delivery teams
Familiarity with UK construction practices and materials
Skilled in using estimating tools and Excel
A background in fit-out, cladding, or technical installations is beneficial
Relevant qualifications in construction or quantity surveyingWhat you'll get in return:
