We’re working with a privately-owned, design-led residential developer with a strong track record of delivering high-quality schemes across London. They are now seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a landmark project: the conversion and restoration of a historic former healthcare building into luxury apartments.

This is high-end scheme in Wandsworth, blending modern living with the restoration of a heritage property. With further developments secured in the area for the next 5 years, this is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a long-term pipeline of high-profile work.

The Role

Lead the commercial function on a complex, high-value residential conversion project.

Oversee cost planning, procurement, valuations, variations, and final accounts.

*

Work closely with the site team, project managers, and external consultants to ensure budgets are met and value is maximised.

Play a key role in shaping the commercial strategy for future schemes in the Wandsworth area.

About You

*

Proven track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally with experience in restoration, refurbishment, or heritage projects.

*

Strong background in residential development, with the ability to manage complex conversion schemes.

*

Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

*

Ambitious, proactive, and looking for a long-term role with career progression.
