Senior Project Manager (Construction)

Ridgeway & Co are working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor in their search for a Senior Project Manager to take a pivotal role in the delivery of high-value projects across London. This is a permanent position offering long-term career progression within one of the UK’s most respected contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee large-scale construction projects valued £80m+, from pre-construction through to handover.

*

Manage site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure delivery in line with programme, budget, and quality expectations.

*

Drive project planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

*

Maintain strict compliance with Health & Safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

*

Report regularly on progress, performance, and financials to the senior leadership team.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager with a Tier 1 main contractor.

*

Demonstrated track record of successfully managing projects valued £80m+.

*

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage large project teams.

*

Excellent commercial awareness and client-facing skills.

*

Professional qualifications in construction/project management preferred
