A well-established main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a pipeline of secured projects across commercial, medical, defence, and retail sectors, with values ranging from £2m to £10m.

This is a key role in the business, perfect for a Contracts Manager who enjoys leading multiple schemes, managing teams, and driving performance across programme, cost, and quality. With all work based in or around Hertfordshire, this is a great move for a Contracts Manager who’s tired of the London commute.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee 2–4 live projects simultaneously as Contracts Manager

Chair pre-start, progress, and client meetings

*

Manage and mentor Site Managers, Project Managers, and subcontractors

*

Ensure commercial performance and client satisfaction

*

Report into senior leadership as a trusted Contracts Manager on high-value jobs

What You’ll Need:
