Job Title – Multi Trader

Location – Covering London

Hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm (there is no limit on overtime available including weekends and nights if desired. (Paid at time and a half)).

Pay rate – £25per hour CIS + company vehicle and fuel card (please see details below)

Working directly with the client on a CIS basis.

Our client, a well established family run maintenance contractor based in the South East is looking for experienced Multi Traders for commercial refurbishment works.

The work is primarily for a large pub chain with also Nursery and Care Homes contracts with locations across London and the South East. 

Requirements for Multi Traders:

– Experience in multiple trades ideally within basic plumbing, electrics, carpentry, floor laying, plasterering and painting.

– Good customer service skills

– Full driving licence

Travel around London and the South East will be required.

Company van and fuel card will be provided for £15 daily fee, which is claimed back in expenses.

Long term ongoing work available on self – employed basis.
