Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Our client are looking for a motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in quantity surveying while gaining hands-on experience on a variety of exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents
Supporting the monitoring of project costs, valuations, and budgets
Helping with subcontractor and supplier enquiries and negotiations
Assisting in cost reporting and financial administration throughout projects
Learning to provide commercial and contractual support to the project team
What We're Looking For:
A degree or working towards qualification in Quantity Surveying
Some industry experience (placement, internship, or junior role) is desirable
Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills
Eagerness to learn and develop within a supportive environment
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
