Location: Middlewich

Salary: £27,000 – £33,000 (DOE)
Hours: Mon–Thurs 7:30am–4:00pm, Fri 7:30am–11:30am
(Some flexibility available – to be discussed at interview)

Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about improving processes? We’re looking for a Process Support Specialist to join the team at the Middlewich site, where you’ll play a key role in driving efficiency, safety, and quality across operations.

About the Role

As a Process Support Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of standardising and improving the way they work. From developing SOPs and work instructions to gathering and analysing process data, you’ll help ensure our production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Creating and updating SOPs, work instructions, and standard work documents

* Auditing equipment and processes against established settings and standards

* Supporting production and engineering teams to optimise machine performance

* Structuring and managing process data for easy access and reporting

* Gathering, analysing, and visualising performance data (throughput, downtime, OEE, complaints)

* Identifying and addressing bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and performance gaps

* Supporting root cause analysis and problem-solving around safety, quality, and hygiene

* Collaborating across teams to embed best practices and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

* Strong numerical and analytical skills

* Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills

* Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities

* A methodical approach with a passion for efficiency, safety, and quality

Preferred:

* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

* Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement tools
