New Permanent Opportunity – Commercial Manager

Pro Staff Construction is working with a leading Civil Engineering specialist who are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager to join their growing team. This contractor delivers a wide range of projects across infrastructure, landscaping and civil engineering.

The Role:
As Commercial Manager, you will oversee the commercial function across multiple projects, ensuring contractual, financial, and commercial control. You will work closely with senior management, clients, and project teams to ensure projects are delivered on budget, on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

* Overseeing all contractual and commercial aspects of projects.

* Monitoring project costs, budgets, and cash flow.

* Preparing and reviewing monthly CVRs and forecasts.

* Leading contract negotiations with clients and supply chain.

* Supporting senior leadership in business strategy and growth.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Commercial Manager within Civil Engineering or a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for the next step.

* Strong commercial awareness with excellent contractual knowledge (NEC / JCT).

* Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

* Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
