We are working with a privately owned contractor client, operating throughout London and the Southeast to onboard a Marketing Coordinator/Executive. This individual will support the marketing function in developing and delivering campaigns that promote the company’s services, enhance brand visibility, and support business development activities. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a marketing degree and a strong interest in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the creation and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns that showcase core capabilities—across construction, refurbishment, developments, building safety, mechanical & electrical, and frameworks.

Write compelling case studies that highlight and promote projects spanning commercial, education, healthcare, heritage, public spaces, and residential sectors.

Assist in developing and managing digital campaigns across social media and email.

*

Use AI tools to generate creative briefs, optimize copywriting, and tailor content strategies.

Leverage AI-driven analytics to measure campaign performance, enhance audience targeting, and guide data-informed decisions.

onitor campaign performance using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), deliver insights on engagement, lead generation, and ROI.

oordinate marketing calendars, manage content pipelines, and ensure timely campaign execution.

About you:

* Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.

Skilled in campaign planning, content creation, digital tools, and reporting.

*

Familiar with AI tools for content creation, personalization, and analytics.

*

Excellent communicator, collaborator, and project coordinator.

*

Passion for construction and storytelling through high-profile, varied projects.

*

At least 1–2 years of experience in B2B marketing—ideally within construction, engineering, or professional services
