Talent are recruiting the right hand to a fast-moving founder – to help shape the future of a growing business.

We’re looking for a sharp, dependable, and commercially switched-on Executive & Business Assistant to join a values-led, fast-growing company operating in the property and compliance space.

This is a hands-on, varied role for someone who thrives on ownership, autonomy, and making things happen. You’ll be a key player – not just a behind-the-scenes organiser.

You’ll be part of the team on-site in our Failsworth office, five days a week

The package on offer for this role is as follows:

* Salary Up to £32,000 + bonus after probation for new business wins

* Based in Failsworth (Greater Manchester) – full-time, in-office

* Monday–Friday, with occasional local travel

* Bonus scheme, career progression, mentoring from founder

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

Core Operations and Service Delivery– 60%

* Manage the founder’s calendar, diary, meetings, and logistics

* Maintain internal systems for job tracking, reporting, and scheduling

* Organise and track receipts, assist with bookkeeping and VAT preparation (ideally using Xero)

* Support compliance report production and internal workflows

* Assist with service delivery coordination, including arranging appointments and report follow-ups

* May include field-based training and reporting over time (e.g. Legionella Risk Assessments, PAT Testing, Fire Risk, Asbestos Management – training provided if required)

* Contribute to internal policy creation and HR admin as needed

Property and Personal Support – 20%

* Coordinate contractors, builders, skip hire, access, and minor works across the property portfolio

* Liaise with tenants and suppliers regarding reactive issues

* Track and follow up on action points from internal and client meetings

* Oversee personal and business vehicle admin (insurance, MOTs, servicing)

* Order goods and services (marketing materials, office supplies)

* Chase and pay business invoices in a timely and organised manner

Business Development and Marketing Support – 20%

* Conduct outreach to prospective clients, developers, architects, and podcast/webinar hosts

* Arrange meetings and maintain internal CRM (Zoho) or simple tracking system

* Manage the founder’s business social channels (primarily LinkedIn)

* Support podcast and webinar planning, scheduling, and follow-up

* Earn performance-based bonuses for meetings that lead to closed business (after probation)
