Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Assistant Quantity Surveyor – London – Circa £35,000

Walker & Sloan are working with a leading construction consultancy who are looking to add an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early experience in quantity surveying to develop their career within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with the preparation of cost estimates, bills of quantities and tender documents

*

Monitoring budgets and cost control throughout projects

*

Supporting senior surveyors with procurement and contract administration

*

Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and project teams

*

Maintaining accurate project documentation and cost reporting

Requirements:

*

Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying (or working towards)

*

1–2 years’ experience within a construction or surveying environment

*

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (experience with cost software is an advantage)

*

Strong communication and organisational skills

*

Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to develop within the profession

Salary & Benefits:
