Architectural Technician

Architectural Technician / Technologist – Leicester – Up to £40,000

Walker & Sloan are working with a well-established architectural consultancy in Leicester who are seeking an Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their growing team.

This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and has a keen eye for technical detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Producing detailed drawings and technical design packages

*

Assisting with planning and building regulation applications

*

Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and clients

*

Carrying out site visits and surveys

*

Supporting project delivery across residential and commercial projects

Requirements:

*

Qualification in Architectural Technology or similar discipline

*

Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an architectural role

*

Skilled in Revit and/or AutoCAD

*

Knowledge of UK building regulations and planning requirements

*

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

*

Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Salary & Benefits:
