Electrical Supervisor

R9 Recruitment is hiring an Electrical Supervisor for one of our clients to oversee electricians and apprentices, ensuring compliance with company policies and NICEIC enrolment standards.

Location- Stratford

Salary: £47,000

Key Responsibilities

Operational

– Provide expert guidance on electrical installations and support daily operations
– Build strong relationships with teams, clients, and consultants
– Ensure NICEIC compliance and enhance social value through apprenticeships, volunteering, and employment initiatives

Commercial

– Source subcontractors at competitive rates
– Apply knowledge of NHF Schedule of Rates
– Boost team productivity and profitability without compromising safety or quality

Health & Safety

– Enforce strict safety standards and promote a positive safety culture
– Prepare RAMS, risk assessments, and method statements

Requirements

– Proven experience in electrical supervision
– Skilled in repairs, maintenance, installations, and problem-solving
