Site Manager – Retail

Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for your next challenge? We’re recruiting for a leading contractor delivering new-build supermarket projects across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business with a strong pipeline of work.

The Role

As Site Manager, you’ll take ownership of projects from groundworks through to handover. You’ll ensure sites are run safely, efficiently, and to programme while maintaining excellent client relationships. This role involves nationwide travel and staying away Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day site activities and workforce

Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards

*

Leading site meetings and liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

*

Maintaining strict health & safety compliance

*

Coordinating trades and resolving on-site challenges

About You

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build projects (supermarkets/retail desirable)

*

Strong leadership and organisational skills

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (essential)

*

Willing to travel nationwide and stay away during the week

What’s on Offer

£60,000 – £65,000 per annum
