Job Title: Site Manager – Retail Refurbishment
Location: Thurrock, Essex
Duration: 5 Weeks

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the completion of a retail refurbishment project in Thurrock. The role will involve managing the over sheeting of the existing roof along with some minor internal works.

The successful candidate will complete a handover with the current Site Manager during the week commencing 1st September, before taking full responsibility for the project.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate site activities, including roofing and internal refurbishment works.
Ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Maintain strict health & safety compliance on site.
Liaise with the client, subcontractors, and project team.
Manage snagging and ensure a smooth project handover.Requirements

Previous experience as a Site Manager on retail or refurbishment projects.
Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work certifications.
Strong knowledge of health & safety and quality standards.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
