Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Internal Finishes Manager to oversee and manage the quality of internal works on a major project in Harrow. This role requires a detail-driven professional who can ensure finishing trades take accountability for their own snagging, while also managing the wider snagging process to achieve a high-quality finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with finishing trades, ensuring they check and snag their own works.

*

Carry out detailed snagging of internal finishes and manage resolution through to completion.

*

Drive and maintain high standards of workmanship throughout the project.

*

Act as a client-facing representative, ensuring satisfaction and clear communication.

*

Monitor progress against programme deadlines and provide updates to senior management.

Requirements:

*

Previous experience as an Internal Finishes Manager or Fit-Out Manager.

*

Strong eye for detail with proven snagging experience.

*

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

*

Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain positive client relationships.

*

Track record of delivering high-quality finishes on similar projects.
