Quantity Surveyor

CJS Recruitment are looking for an Quantity surveyor / Estimator who is capable of contract administrative duties also – looking for 1 year industry experience in the Residential / Extensions sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

– Prepare accurate cost estimates for internal building projects

– Learn & assist in contracts administration processes

– Support the director with project management & coordination

– Assist with budgeting, schedules for procurement and cost control

– Work closely with internal Architect and project teams to ensure efficiency

REQUIREMENTS

– Qualification/ Degree in Quantity Surveying /Estimating or Construction Management

– 1-2 years relevant experience

– Strong numerical & analytical skills

– Familiar with Construction contracts

– Excellent communication & organisational skills

– Willingness to learn & develop
